Grateful Thanks

Long serving Chairman Nigel Fox has stepped back from his roles in the Society.  Nigel gave us many years as both Chairman and Membership Secretary, steering the Society through some difficult times, not least the hiatus of Covid.

John Baxter has also retired from the Committee. He has been the longest-serving committee member in our Society’s history. John’s determination and drive has been central to the publicity of the Society for over 20 years, as well as discovering and promoting the fascinating long life of Alberto Bioletti.

We are immensely grateful to them both for their service and will enjoy continuing retirement.
