The British Association for Local History (BALH) can offer advice on all forms of local history whether you are investigating your house, your street, your village or your town. Books will be on sale including “Reading Early Handwriting” and “Manors and Manorial Documents after 1500”
Professional genealogists from the Association of Genealogists and Researchers in Archives (AGRA) will be offering advice on all forms of genealogical or family history research, such as how to break down your brick wall, and how to hire a professional to help with your research.
The Somerset and Dorset Family History Society will be offering advice on the genealogical and family history research, highlighting the society’s Family History Room in Yeovil
